I’ve been using Postlets for about a year now, and have found them to be excellent for distributing my listings out to additional sites, Blogs and search engines. Every postlet comes with a dedicated, search-optimized landing page and a unique URL. Postlets come in ten stylish themes complete with integrated maps and other nifty tools. They also have built-in lead capture forms so you can use them in all of your marketing campaigns. AUTOMATIC SYNDICATION TO SEARCH ENGINES you essentially get several classified ads when you use Postlets.

You build your ad just once, we automatically submit your listing to several classifieds search engines HTML CODE, WIDGETS FOR MORE EXPOSURE Included with each postlet is the HTML code to post your formatted ad on craigslist, LiveDeal, eBay and other sites that accept and process HTML. Postlets also offer widgets that you can use on blogs and your own website to maximize your reach across the web. See their current list of syndication partners.

I also use sawitonline.com for marketing. What's your favorite tools?

HI Mike- Postlets are great for rentals! and very very well priced sales.  I often get calls on the rentals from Craigslist *( using the copy and paste section of Postlets for Craigslist ) and from Hotpads - one of the distribution outlets for Postlets. When a very well priced property is posted it is amazing how quick customers respond to the post. They are out there watching. tho at times it may not appear if anyone is watching.

Thanks, I have really like Postlets and find that the syndication of real estate and homes is great and ease to forward to social media is also great.

We use youmail.com as a filter for incoming messages. You can create custom greetings for specific clients, fellow licensees, family etc. There is also a tool that you can use that transcribes the voicemail and sends it back as a text and email. This way, we know when we have something that is more pressing or something that can be dealt with at a later time.

We also have great responses from postlets. :)

youmail.com sounds interesting,  I'll have to check in to it.

Thanks!

Some of the prerecorded messages are a bit tacky (and worse) but there are some that are hilarious. You can also record your own, which was the best route for us. We did laugh at several of them though. Our favorite was something about "you are caller 9438. Your call is very important to us..." We set some friends up on that one as a laugh.

It is a great tool for clean presentation on craigslist. The fact that it is free added with the extra photos you get (not just the four) makes it worthwhile.
