The Realist program from The St. Johns County and St. Augustine Board of REALTORS reports it's latest Sales Statistics for St. Johns County Florida.
The latest Report compares number of sales and median sales price from January 2010 to that of 2009 and also compares December 2009 data with that of December 2008.
The report shows that both the number of closed sales and the median sales price were down in January 2010. I know that my business increased in January, I sold 5 homes in St. Augustine during the month of January. However, the sales I made then will show as closed sales in the February and March Reports. It will be very interesting to compare the reports next month.
