He is experienced in contract negotiations and financing, has extensive knowledge of the real estate industry, market trends, and current market activity.
Because of his unique knowledge of Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Calvert, Charles, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George's, and St. Mary's Counties; and the Eastern Shore of Maryland, from Queen Anne's to Worcester County (Ocean City, MD), he is highly productive in showing homes to prospective buyers while guiding them through the complicated home buying process. At the same time, he is able to translate this skill to Sellers as well as providing tips and techniques on presenting and staging their home for sale.
Skip is e-PRO Certified. He has been recognized as a leader in the practice of Online Real Estate and officially certified as an e-PRO Internet Professional. An e-PRO is a REALTOR® who has successfully completed the e-PRO training program for real estate professionals. Endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS®, the e-PRO course teaches professionals the nuts and bolts of working with real estate on-line: Web sites, e-mail, on-line tools, and most of all, what today's consumer really wants.
He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors, and Cyber Real Estate. He is a member of the local and regional Agent Leadership Council (ALC) for Keller Williams Realty.
