We have been interested in
buying a vacation home in the Charleston area for some time. While browsing the
Internet one day, I came across Matt's website and signed up for his mailing
list. Not long after that, Matt called and we talked about what our family was
looking for and what we could afford. Matt stayed in touch regularly over the
next few months, sending us listings that we might potentially be interested in,
answering our questions, and providing additional information. He even
previewed a few properties for us and provided feedback, which was especially
helpful considering that we live in Virginia and could not easily drive down to
