My wife Leighann, my son Bryson, and myself all live in Conway,SC where I have spent my entire life. Even though I grew up living in Conway (just west of Myrtle Beach), I graduated from Aynor High School in Aynor, SC. After graduating, I went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Coastal Carolina University, which is also in Conway. During my senior year at Coastal Carolina University, I went to the Fortune Academy of Real Estate where I studied the laws and vocabulary associated with real estate. Afterwards, I received my real estate license and started my career as a real estate professional while still finishing up at Coastal. It has been a while since then and I have enjoyed learning more and more about the art of real estate sales. I like to refer to myself as a "real estate practitioner" because I am constantly taking every class that I can to learn more and more about what I do, so that I can be the best at it. The most important skill set I have learned is how to harness the power of the internet to market my properties in the most effective way possible, and I contribute most of my success to this fact because almost 90% of all buyers these days start their search online. I love what I do, and I look forward to learning more and producing results for everyone that I work for. So far, I am pleased with the level of success that I have acheived. I have consistently been a top producer and have received awards month after month and year after year. Those awards have given me a small degree gratification, however it pleases me more to see the gleeming faces of the many happy and satisfied clients that I have had the pleasure of working with over the course of my career. I am very glad that I have been able to provide for my family by doing what I love, and that is helping everyone that I can with all of their real estate needs.
