Naples has a lot to offer to both the year round resident and second home owner. We are a short distance from Southwest International Airport in Ft. Myers. We are nestled along the Gulf of Mexico with gorgeous white sand beaches and amazing sunsets. While it gets a bit humid in summer most of the year we enjoy spectacular weather and great temperatures. Near the beach there is always a nice breeze coming off the water. Naples is popular because of it's array of activities; golf, boating, fishing, tennis, gardening, nature watching, spectacular sunsets. We have a wide range of real estate to choose from with the pricier properties frequently located West of 41 aka Tamiami Trail , closest to the Gulf. Naples offers High Rise, Single Family, Waterfront , Low Rise, and Cottage Style living. Our landscape is second to none and we offer beautiful greenery year round and a clean environment.
If you are crazy about clubs and staying out all night you might want to head across Alligator Alley to the East Coast and Miami. We do not have that kind of excitement around here. Instead residents enjoy a more laid back lifestyle with more people entertaining with friends, dining, visiting our local Philharmonic, participating in a charity event, and getting outdoors. We have a lot of early risers who take advantage of the cooler morning temperatures, to jog, roller blade, walk the beach, or visit Starbuck's. There are a few late night spots but all in all we are the quieter side.

Mann ( saw Wicked this year - Fantastic) , swimming, fishing ( Snook are great), and selling real estate.
