and developments in Phuket, Pattaya, Samui, Bangkok, Hua Hin and Chiang
Mai, Thailand and have extensive knowledge and expertise on these
markets. I have been working in fractional real estate and
co-ownership, asset sharing options in Thailand and Asia for over 4
years now with great success. I have over 20 years of real estate sales
and management experience with proven closing results and training

results. I also have over 7 years in the mortgage industry as a senior
loan officer and director with complete understanding of the entire
loan process from application to funding. I also have 2 years in the
